Recent reports suggested that she was being considered for a key role by Rakesh Roshan for the superhero flick "Krrish 3".
She's done theatre, TV, as well as Hollywood. Lakshmi has acted in the American TV series " Las Vegas", in which she played the role of Sarasvati Kumar, the love interest of James Lesure. She's also acted, directed, and produced "Perfect Lives", a short film that was screened at the La Femme Film Festival in LA. And she's appeared in " Boston Legal".
And all those men out there, eat your hearts out – Lakshmi is married (second time over), her husband Andy lives in the US. "I have a very understanding husband," she has said. As for now, she's awaiting the release of her first Telugu film, "Anaganaga Oo Dheerudu", and her performance has already won the heart of Ram Gopal Varma, who was raving about her online, saying her song was the best picturised song of the decade. As for "Krrish 3", Rakesh Roshan says he's never heard of her! "I haven't met her, seen her or even heard of her. This is the first time I'm hearing this news. Who is she? By the way, Priyanka Chopra has been finalised for "Krrish 3"," the director told us.
