Rumor HTC Scribe Tablet Will Measure 7 Inches and Be Announced in February

Next month, Barcelona will host the Mobile World Congress trade-show, where HTC will unveil their first Android tablet, the Scribe. So says flaky Digitimes, which has spoken to Taiwanese component manufacturers and sussed out it'll measure 7-inches and run Honeycomb. Yesterday, we'd heard Google was clamping down on Honeycomb tablets, making it mandatory for them to have dual-core processors and 1280 x 720 resolutions.
