i want to remove destress,de stress in less time,How to Get Rid of Stress in a Minute,Laughter therapy

Stress nags your pretty head at work and you wonder if yoga would help. Sure it would - practice yoga regularly, get the yoga mat, clear your head, find a noiseless corner, don't be in a full stomach… Blah blah blah boink! Reading this stressed you out? Worry not, here's a quick and easy stress-busting plan:

Eat a prune
Keep a packet of prunes in your desk drawer. "Prunes are high in magnesium which can help reduce stress. Be careful not to eat too many as they could add to your weight and indirectly, your state of mind," says Nisha Bijlani, a nutritionist. Eating prunes gives you instant energy and releases happy hormones such as serotonin.

Toying around

Why not keep a toy in your desk drawer? We aren't asking you to hoard teddy bears. A toy car, a yo-yo or a Rubik's cube can lower stress levels in a minute or two. You could also keep some crayons handy and doodle or draw when you are stressed.

Hugs help
Hugs can get you up. Don't worry too much about asking your colleague for a hug. Just make sure you are close enough to the colleague. Do not try this with your boss. Invite a friend over for lunch and greet her with a tight hug.

Exhale the worry
Find a quiet corner, close your eyes and shut out all noise. Take long deep breaths to calm yourself. If you need to, count backwards from 100. This should not take you more than a minute and will take your mind off the subject causing you stress. You will feel refreshed and can power through the rest of your day.

Laughter therapy
Take a break with some colleagues and have a session of jokes. Laugh heartily and bid adieu to your worries. You can read jokes on the internet. Bookmark the pages so that you can go back to them when you need a dose of laughter again.
Stretch it outTake your eyes of the computer, throw your arms above your head and stretch. You can also make a quick trip to the washroom and do some stretching. Alternately, how about retouching your make-up and brushing your hair during your breaks. If you look good, you feel good :)

If stress is a continuing problem, bring out a pen and paper and write down what is bothering you. Then you can bring it up with your boss and sort matters out.
