Top 10 Tips to Avoid Pimples i want to avoid pimples i want to prevent pimples pimples i want to prevent remove pimples from my face i do not want pimples on my face what to do when i have pimples on mu face

Do not break a pimple: Breaking a pimple which is already on your skin is the last thing you can think of to prevent acne! Breaking pimples actually lead to more breakouts. Also, avoid touching your skin very often as bacteria from your fingertips can easily get transferred to your facial skin.

Keep them clean: Wearing glasses or sunglasses for long hours can lead to the clogged pores around your eyes and nose. Clean your glasses often to avoid accumulation of oil.

Use a mud mask: Consider applying mud mask on your face once a week. This will clean your skin and help you get rid of stubborn dirt settled in your pores!

Indulge in skin care: Use a good face wash about two to three times a day. Apply a good sunscreen too! However, in case of extreme acne, we suggest you visit a dermatologist on skin products that suit your skin type.

Take a shower: Take a shower immediately after a sweaty work out! It will help to remove the accumulated sweat, dirt and skin oils which lead to breakouts and pimples.

Apply Honey: Honey has natural cleansing properties! After washing your face with a face wash that suits your face apply honey and leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off. If you do this everyday for a week, you'll notice the difference

Choose your make up: Between liquid make up and powder make up, opt for the latter, especially during summer! Liquid or cream make up has an oil base which is not suitable for acne-prone skin. On the other hand, powder make up helps absorb excess oil.

Be skin friendly: Do not use make up which has been lying on your dressing table since ages! Old make up is vulnerable to bacteria and fungus and is harmful for your skin. They also clog your pores leading to pimples.

Use a clean towel: Always ensure that your towel or face napkin is washed. A dirty towel will only make it easier for germs to settle on your skin and lead to pimples and blackheads! Also, don’t forget to wash your pillowcase often.

Eat right: Eat foods which are low on fats and refined carbs (like white pasta, white bread, polished rice and foods made out of white flour). Remember to drink plentiful of water and binge on fresh fruits and vegetables instead of fried chips and oily samosas!
