At an age where most girls would much rather spend their time Facebooking or gossiping about boys, 14-year-old Sindhuja Rajamaran not just has her career charted out but is India's youngest CEO and 2D animator!

Born into a family of overachievers (read: her dad is the first digital caricaturist in Tamil Nadu and her younger sister is the youngest Indian to write haiku in India), Sindhuja holds a Guinness World Record for becoming the youngest CEO of a Chennai-based animation company called Seppan.

From making short films on issues like global warming and tuberculosis to designing a greeting card for US president Barack Obama, Sindhuja Rajamaran sure has achieved a lot. She has worked on all kinds of software - Flash, Photoshop, Corel Painter, After Effects and Maya. Today, this girl heads a team of 18 to 25-year-olds, making commercials for the likes of Joyalukkas and Pothys.

So how did Sindhuja get into the field of animation? "My father was the ambassador of Corel and one day the Indian Territory Manager of Corel came home to meet my dad. During this visit he noticed me drawing with Corel when I was 11 years old. While he was leaving, he said to my dad, "From now let this girl be the ambassador for Corel." I got invited to attend several launches of Corel products and got honoured as the youngest digital caricaturist and cartoonist," she told CG Today. Sindhuja sure hit the jackpot with this one!

Now her big dream is to run her own production house and deliver quality film products respected globally. She sees herself as an employer hiring experts and novices and creating more job opportunities. Talk about dreaming big.
