i want to look young,do you want to look young,Health Tips to Age Gracefully

According to a recent study, just being on the treadmill for about 20 minutes can be the key to help you age gracefully. Here are a few other tips that will hold back the years and will help youu age gracefully, just like the dhak-dhak girl.

Exercise
According to professor Dafna Benayahu from the Tel Aviv University's Sackler School of Medicine in Israel, who ran the study, "When we age, we experience sarcopenia, a decline in mass and function of muscles." This regular exercise can not only help increase your stem cells but it can also prevent damage to your muscles caused by ageing.

Be happy
Stress, emotional or otherwise can cause us many health problems like high blood pressure, heart troubles, wrinkles and even hair loss. Being stress-free can prevent all this and it's also an important factor that helps you stay young, longer. So do things that make you happy- like pursuing a hobby, spending time with your kids, taking a walk in the park/beach or just watching a fun flick.

Sleep well
Our body recoups and renews itself when we sleep and it needs seven to eight hours to do this. Lack of sleep could speed up the ageing process. Not just that, it could also give you wrinkles and affect your memory. Lack of sleep also slows down your metabolism that makes it difficult to lose/maintain your weight. Now you don't want love handles or extra flab on your tummy when you hit 40, do you? So, make sure you get enough sleep so that you look fit and fab as you age.

Eat right
Eat up all greens and veggies and make sure you include a healthy amount of dairy and oily fish. Make sure you include foods rich in calcium as it will help prevent osteoporosis and other bone-related problems which women above 40 usually face. Omega 3 fatty acids will ensure you have young looking skin and will protect you from heart-related problems.

Think young
Looking and feeling young comes from your attitude too. Sometimes being care-free is good for a worry-free you. Someone rightly said, 'Don't act your age, act your shoe-size!' :)
