A New York gym frequented by celebrities including Tom Cruise and Gwyneth Paltrow has been partially shut down by city officials over "hazardous" safety fears.
Health and safety inspectors ordered managers at SoulCycle in Manhattan's Union Square to vacate the gym's basement locker room on Friday because it has no secondary emergency exit and also fails to meet strict fire rules.
But that's not SoulCycle owners' only problem - according to TMZ.com, the venue does not have the suitable permits to run the place as a gym.
