What do you expect from an action thriller with as many as six leading ladies? A few decent action and thrilling moments spiced up with the glam quotient, right? UNITED SIX has some, but they fail to impress.

A bunch of six Indian girls living in Bangkok are too distraught with their lives due to various reasons. On a night when they are high on alcohol, the frustrated girls fix on robbing a bank. The next day, they watch Hollywood films to devise their heist. But they fall way short of executing it and leave the job mid-way. The next morning, they are flummoxed to find that the bank has actually been robbed. Will the police get to them and who actually robbed the bank is what ensues.

Debutant director Vishal Aryan Singh has got it all wrong. The wafer-thin plot is further marred by clumsy screenplay. Laughter is guaranteed, but most of it is unintentional. There are random songs, which add absolutely no value to the story. The girls party before starting their robbery as 'it just might be their last night'. Then there's an overweight cop who flirts with one girl on his duty. Flimsy scenes like this and corny dialogues are aplenty. The small unexpected twist in the end is the only good thing in the film. The climax is too good to be true. Pritam's music is bad and Mukesh Thakur's editing is decent.

The performances are hideous. Apart from GARAM MASALA fame Daisy Bopanna (decent), none of actresses - Pooja Sharma, Luna Lahkar, Mahi, Isha Batwe and Parvati Omankuttan, manage to leave a mark.

UNITED SIX is marred by a weak script and repugnant performances. The 'six' appeal doesn't please!
