Shraddha Das hopes high with DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI,DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI Ajay Devgn Emraan Hashmi Omi Vaidya.

The new girl in tinsel town, Shraddha Das is hoping high with her next film DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI, (DTBHJ) directed by 3 times National Award winning director Madhur Bhandarkar, who is known to give the actresses in the industry a positioning, which sets their career straight up and flowing. Known for making hard hitting, gritty and realistic cinema, Madhur's next film is a romantic comedy, a genre which Madhur explores for the first time ever.

Shraddha, who is a part of this project as one of the leading ladies, has all her hopes attached high with DTBHJ, where she is sharing the screen space with the bigwigs of acting, Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and 3 IDIOTS fame Omi Vaidya.







"Firstly I am lucky to be a part of Madhur Bhandarkar's film. I have always admired his work and seen all his films so many times. I am hoping that DTBHJ will be a take off point for my career. Madhur sir's films have given recognition to many of today's top league actresses and I hope after DTBHJ I too will have a different stand in Bollywood," says the young and beauty, Shraddha.


Shraddha made her way through the glamorous world of Bollywood after receiving accolades for the films she has done down south where she is Known as the "Sequel Queen". Subsequently, she essayed and was appreciated in the role of a Pakistani character in her first Hindi Film - LAHORE, which recently won two National Awards. Shraddha is now quite excited about the slice of life comedy, DIL TO BACCHA HAI JI. The film has bright chances of scoring Shraddha a commercial actress's stature. It's the beginning of a journey which is competitive and sensational. With her acting prowess and looks to scorch the screen afire, Shraddha seems to be a confident entry in to the Hindi Film Industry.

Where Shraddha played a serious and conservative girl's character in her first Hindi Film, on the contrary in DTBHJ she is portraying quiet a modern role, playing a Radio Jockey. With this film, Madhur is all set to go comic and bring out a hilarious take on love and emotions, quite realistically though and hence Shraddha will be seen trying her comic sense and spreading her charm on screen.

"It has been a great learning working with Madhur sir. He was so cool on the sets and always in a light mood. He was so easy to work with and always made me feel so comfortable, whenever I was on sets. I can only say that now I am waiting for 28th of January 2011, when the film releases and hope it becomes one of the most defining films of my career, " said Shraddha before signing off.
