i want to get good party skin,i want to get good skin, tips for good skin, how to remove Dark circles and puffy eyes,

Partying and a few extra mojitos can unleash trouble for your skin and hair this season.

The ideal solution will be to sleep for at least seven hours a day, go for a soothing spa treatment, followed by a buffet spread of scrumptious salads and not worry about a bad hair day (or night) since a nice blow dry is your pre-party plan for the evening.

But since life is not a dream, you have to make some extra effort. Remove all your make-up before hitting the bed and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day with H20 or coconut water, and fresh fruit juices.

Now, let's list the beauty culprits and fight them:

Dark circles and puffy eyes

Too much socialising, too little sleep and your eyes will reflect the exhaustion.

Gently massage the eye area with pure almond oil just before you go to bed to fight dark circles and improve circulation. Apply pure castor oil on your eyelashes before going to sleep. Taking care of your eyelashes and keeping them moisturised is as important if you are addicted to your mascara and eye make-up or you'll lose them by the end of this year! If your eyes look puffy in the morning, cut a cucumber and put fresh slices on your eyes. No leftover cucumber salads please, because that won't work. Cotton wool soaked in cold rose water will also reduce puffiness around the eyes.

Dull skin and breakouts

Clean, clean, clean your skin! No make-up allowed when you are not out partying. Make an exfoliating facepack at home with gram flour (besan), honey, fresh aloe-vera gel and fresh lime juice. Leave it on till its dry. Wash off for squeaky-clean skin. Follow the cleansing-toning-moisturising regime like the life of your skin depends on it. And don't worry too much about how you look or whether your flame looks at you, because stress has no mercy for your skin.

Lacklustre and lifeless hair

You use a zillion products, straighten, curl, blow-dry and then you complain that your hair looks lifeless! Restrict all of the above for only once a week or better still once in two weeks.

Deep condition your hair at home with coconut oil with these easy steps.
  • Massage your scalp with warm coconut oil. Because it is warm, it will penetrate deeper into your scalp and make your roots stronger.
  • Gently apply the oil to the length of your hair and the ends too. Then pile it on your head and wear a shower cap.
  • Dip a towel in hot water and then wrap it around your head after squeezing all the water. Leave this on for 20 minutes while your scalp absorbs all the love and pampering!
  • Wash off with a gentle shampoo and let your hair dry naturally
