Mercedes-Benz SL Class Mercedes Launches Two New Luxury Cars in India




Mercedes-Benz SL Class.
German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz launched two new cars, the sporty  Mercedes-Benz SL 350 and the GL 500 SUV in India to celebrate the company’s 125th anniversary. The cars were launched in Delhi with Mercedes MD & CEO Peter Honegg there to help celebrate.

The GL 500 SUV comes with a 350cdi engine, electrical folding mirrors, electric sliding sunroof, and electrically folding thrid seat row, automatic climate control, tyre pressure loss warning system, media interface, and a mounted fire extinguisher in India. Also, the permanent four-wheel drive from Mercedes-Benz provides the GL-Class with superior handling, whatever the conditions.

This brand is considered to be a status symbol in India. Previous models of SL 350 and GL 500 have been a success with a perfect combination of sports and style.

The SL 350 is powered by a 3.5 litre V6 engine and will cost Rs. 98.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), while the GL 500 is priced at Rs. 80.9 lakh.
