Struggling hero Navdeep, who was caught in a speed boat along with his two friends and three models at Nagarjuna Sagar, fined with Rs.25, 000 by forest department. "They do not obtain any permission to use speed boat in the river and were found heading towards the restricted forest area. But, since they didn’t posses any arms or have no intention to hunt the wild animals in the protected zone they were fined and let free," said DFO Uday Shankar. Although, Navdeep and others were arrested by police it seems some how they have managed them and no case was filed against them. Navadeep and his friends hired a private boat and went into Krishna river to enjoy a picnic party, without prior permission from the officials concerned. In the middle of the river, the mechanised boat ran out of fuel and drifted towards the Sagar reservior. The film star sent a message to the police through fishermen following which a boat was sent to rescue them. Somehow, the officials rescued them.
