Gin and Tonic,Gin Buck,Gin Smash,Silver Fizz,cocktails that i like


 

After a long day at work, there's nothing like a couple of drinks with friends, is there? Except that evening cocktails at that fancy bistro is just not good for your pocket. So instead of stepping out, try these great gin cocktails that you can mix in minutes at home. Your friends will love them!

Gin & Tonic
Sure you've tried it before, but when it comes to an evening with friends, you're bound to have takers for this one!

Ingredients
50ml gin
120ml tonic water
A slice of cucumber

Method
1) Build the ingredients in a high ball glass (no shaking required).
2) Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.

Gin Buck
Care for something that will tantalise your taste buds? The Gin Buck is just the right thing for an adventurous palate.

Ingredients
50ml gin
120ml ginger ale
A dash of gomme syrup
A slice of lemon

Method

1) Build the ingredients in a high ball glass (no shaking required).
2) Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.

Dry Martini
Can't get enough of your gin, can you? Then the Dry Martini is for you. It gives you a real good taste of your medicine ;)

Ingredients

70ml gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
Orange zest
Cucumber

Method
1) Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass.
2) Serve in a cocktail glass.
3) Garnish with orange zest and cucumber

Gin Smash
Feeling a little down after a long day? Try the Gin Smash to revive your spirits!

Ingredients
60ml gin
25ml sugar syrup
6 mint leaves
4 slices of cucumber
1/4th lemon

Method
1) Muddle 1/4th lemon.
2) Add liquid.
3) Shake and strain onto crushed ice in a rocks glass.
4) Garnish with mint sprig, lemon wedge and cucumber.

Silver Fizz
This delightful concoction will let you float in your little bubble all the way to Cloud 9. 

Ingredients
50ml gin
25ml fresh lemon
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Soda
1 Egg White

Method
1) Shake and strain onto cubed ice in a high ball glass.
2) Throw in lemon slices for effect.
