director Puri Jagannadh Pokiri Director blames superhit film for ruining his career

This might come across as a surprise to you but then it is heard that there is one personal statement which comes from crazy director Puri Jagannadh. Apparently, he feels that the real reason his career has been going through such a slump is due to his blockbuster film 'Pokiri'. Apparently, Puri's theory is that 'Pokiri' not only became a benchmark for the cine industry but it also piled up huge expectations from the audience so each time he was expected to deliver something better than that. After 'Pokiri', Puri has not been able to score success of that range but now he is teaming up with prince Mahesh Babu once again for a new project. Only time will tell whether he will come with something better than 'Pokiri' or if the audience will change their mindset towards him…
