Luxury brand Vertu has partnered with Ferrari to produce one very racy cellphone. The new Vertu Ascent Ferrari GT (sounds more like a car, doesn't it) comes in a forged titanium and matte PVD case.

The sides are made of Ferrari-seat leather and the Vertu logo shares space with Ferrari's prancing horse on the back panel. The sides of the cellphone also bare the Ferrari name.

And probably in honour of the New Year, only 2011 of the Vertu Ascent Ferrari GT will be made.
