Ingredients:
100 gms chicken, diced
4-5 garlic pods, crushed
1 medium-sized potato
5-6 medium-sized cauliflower florets
2 small-sized carrots
4 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
½ tsp crushed black pepper
Coriander for garnish
2½ cups water to boil
Method
- Boil the vegetable - cauliflowers, chopped carrots, diced potatoes add salt to fasten the process of boiling.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken while the veggies have been boiling for five minutes.
- Poke with a pork to see if it's done
- Don't overcook because you will have to season it with olive oil and garlic later.
- Let it cool to room temperature before blending it in a mixture.
- Blend it in a mixture to form a thick gooey consistency,
- Heat a pan on low flame and pour the olive oil.
- Add the garlic and sauté.
- Add the blended mixture and stir.
- Cover it for two minutes till it gets to boil.
- Sprinkle the crushed black paper and add some salt if required.
- Pour it into a bowl, garnish with some coriander and serve.
