Wear the right braThe wrong bra could make your breasts look bad. “Worse, it can cause soft tissue damage or ligament tears,” adds Dr Kulkarni. Tight or ill-fitting bras can restrict blood flow and air supply. This leads to a build-up of toxins in the breasts. This can lead to breast cancer, Dr Kulkarni warns. Make sure your bras are the right size, frame-wise and cup-wise. Sleep easy Dr Kulkarni’s final recommendation is to sleep without a bra. “This is when maximum blood circulation happens, repairing the wear and tear in your body. Your night clothes should be comfortable,” she says.
