US Lauds India's Role in Eradicating Polio

US Lauds India's Role in Eradicating Polio

(IANS) The US appreciates India's role in eradicating polio and the joint effort by both the countries towards ensuring child survival, US representative to the United Nations Susan Rice said here Tuesday.

"I appreciate India's role in eradicating polio," Rice said at the US embassy here to highlight the Call For Action initiative against child mortality led by India, Ethiopia and the US.

The Call For Action is a commitment by the countries to try and stop deaths of children below five years of age.

Rice said a contest would be launched next month for children aged 8-14 years as part of the effort.

US Ambassador Nancy Powell inaugurated a bust of Eleanor Roosevelt, wife of former US president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, at Roosevelt House (the official residence of the US ambassador in New Delhi) to mark the 60th anniversary of the former first lady's visit to India.

Eleanor Roosevelt, the founder of Unicef, had visited India as a guest of the Nehru family in the 1950's.

Union Minister for Women and Child Welfare Krishna Tirath reaffirmed India's commitment for ensuring better child health through the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) programme and thanked the US for its cooperation. "We are trying to address the problem of malnutrition through 1.5 million ICDS centres," said Tirath.

Union minister Farooq Abdullah, chairperson of National Commission on Minorities Wajahat Habibullah, former foreign secretary M.K. Rasgotra, the centre's interlocutor on Jammu and Kashmir Radha Kumar, actor Anil Kapoor, and socialite author Shobha De were among those who attended the reception.

Immunity Boosting Vitamin Can Fight Superbugs

A common vitamin may potentially provide a powerful tool to fight 'superbugs', antibiotic-resistant staphylococcus infections that health experts view as a threat to public health.

The research found that high doses of the nicotinamide form of vitamin B3 stimulated a specific gene (CEBPE), enhancing white blood cells' ability to combat staphylococcus infections, including methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus or MRSA.

Staph infections commonly cause serious, sometimes life-threatening, illness. Health officials fear that indiscriminate use of antibiotics has led to the rapid rise of resistant germs, The Journal of Clinical Investigation reports.

In lab tests with mice and human blood, Cedars-Sinai Maxine Dunitz Children's Health Centre scientists found that vitamin B3 increased by up to 1,000-fold the ability of the immune system to kill staph bacteria.

"It's critical that we find novel antimicrobial approaches to treat infection and not rely so heavily on antibiotics," said George Liu, paediatric infectious disease physician at Cedars-Sinai's Children's Health Centre and study co-senior, according to a Cedars-Sinai statement.

"That's why this discovery is so exciting. Our research indicates this common vitamin is potentially effective in fighting off and protecting against one of today's most important public health threats," said Liu.

Beyond its findings related to vitamin B3, the study indicates that similar targeting of the CEBPE gene with other compounds may offer a new immune-boosting strategy to fight bacterial infections

i am expecting a baby what should a do hospital bag checklist for to be moms Hospital Bag Checklist you will be well prepared for childbirth and your first days with your newborn baby. Hospital rooms can be quite cramped, but with the help of the Hospital Bag Checklist you will be well prepared for childbirth and your first days with your newborn baby. An efficient way to organize your maternity hospital bag is to pack separate bags for yourself and your baby. Forget all those other (excessive) checklists -- this is the only one you’ll need, we promise.

A tip for the thrifty: Ask your hospital what they provide for babies and mothers, and take those items off your list.
Keep a notepad handy with the contact details of all your near and dear ones, so that you can reach out to them to share the good news.

If you are carrying your mobile phone into the labor room, make sure you have saved all the numbers in it. And yes, don’t forget to carry the charger!

handy cam will not take up much space in case you plan to record every moment of your journey!

pair of loose and comfortable night gowns and feeding bra are advisable additions to your labor bag, if you might not want to wear the hospital robes all the time. Make sure the dresses are loose and do not restrict your movement.

To take care of post delivery menstruation, don’t forget to carry a pack of super absorbent sanitary napkins. 4-5 pairs of old/disposable underwear (or any underwear that you don't feel sorry for), slippers and dressing gowns are must-carries too!

Keep ample space for toiletries, you should carry a toothbrush, hairbrush, flannel, soap, body wash, lotion, napkins and a face cream. Wrap the toiletry bag in a towel which will save you space.

Get some good books / magazines that will keep you going outside the visiting hours, besides your iPhone or the regular MP3 player, if you’re quite a music buff.

For the new arrival pack in some nappies, flannel slacks, shawl, soft baby quilt, mosquito net, baby cream, lotion and powder, baby soap, diapers, baby hand gloves, socks and a couple of caps for your baby for the time when you bring him/her home.

Childbirth can be exhausting and rest is needed. Carry ear plugs, in case you end up in a noisy ward. Carrying aneye mask would also help you sleep in case your ward is brightly lit.

Do not forget to carry a going home outfit for yourself and your little bundle of joy.

Packing the perfect labor bag sets your life to the perfect tune and makes the happiest moment of your life picture perfect!

French Onion Soup i want to make a good French Onion Soup

Active Time:  1 Hour 5 Minutes
Total Time:  1 Hour 50 Minutes
Yield:  Serves 6
The only real preparation for onion soup is slicing the onions. Otherwise, what's needed is plenty of time for the onions to cook slowly enough to soften and turn golden without browning. However you don't need to watch it much. Onions are so sweet and delicate, that I prefer to use water or chicken stock rather than vegetable stock (which is often sweet and dominating) for the cooking liquid.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
10 cups thinly sliced onions (from about 5 large)
1 cup dry white wine
10 cups chicken broth or water

Three 3-inch pieces baguette, halved diagonally
1 cup grated gruyere cheese
French Onion Soup Recipe at Cooking.com
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a heavy chef's casserole or a large pot over medium-low heat. Stir in onions. Cover and cook until onions are very tender but not brown, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour. Add wine. Cover and cook until liquid has evaporated and onions are pale golden, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Add broth or water. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until flavors blend, about 15 minutes. Season soup to taste with salt and pepper.

DO-AHEAD TIP: Soup can be made 1 day ahead. Cool. Cover and refrigerate. Rewarm before continuing.

Preheat broiler. Ladle soup into 6 flame-proof bowls. Top each with 1 baguette piece. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts and bubbles, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

ALTERNATIVE: Arrange bread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese evenly over bread pieces. Broil until cheese melts. Top soup with toasted cheese bread and serve.

 Joker
Director : Shirish Kunder
Music : G.V.Prakash Kumar and Gaurav Dagaonkar
Lyrics : Shirish Kunder
Starring : Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Minissha Lamba, Shreyas Talpade and Chitrangada Singh

JOKER is an alien concept. It is an attempt to get the eyeballs of the powers to this long-forgotten state called Paglapur, which now boasts of a scientist (Akshay Kumar) who is working on a project with NASA in the US of A to establish contact with Aliens. This state is full of lunatics. How Akshay managed to flee this mad house after Std III and set base in America is another story.

Akshay is conned into visiting his village after many years by his brother and father. He is already at his wits end as his deadline of two years has expired and he has not yet established contact with the Aliens. He is now given a one-month extension and during this time he is forced to visit his folks. A sudden change of heart sees him now wanting to see development in the village. (Don't ask why he was never bothered about them earlier!)

With his genius brain, scientist manages to get the media to his village manipulating a crop circle and when that lid is about to be blown on his hoax, he hits on the idea of setting up aliens from his band of lunatics. Now, even the FBI is interested! The problem with JOKER is that it fails to take off from Stage I. The plot moves about in circles going nowhere. Moreover, the songs are needlessly injected into the proceedings. And although the film clocks a decent 1hour 45 minutes, it does appear a bit long.

Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha take off from where they left in ROWDY RATHORE. But this time the romance is less intense. In this drama of Aliens, hers is a role that could have been done away with. Poor Shreyas Talpade, he is left mouthing some gibberish, which in the end only the aliens understand.

The night scenes at most times look like a stage set. Since they were dealing with the theme of Aliens, Shirish Kunder and his team could have been technically stronger.

All that you take home from JOKER is a few stray laughs.

This Keyboard’s Thin Display Keeps Your Eyes Focused on Typing For Better Concentration

This Keyboard's Thin Display Keeps Your Eyes Focused on Typing For Better Concentration

The Smartype seems better suited for hunt and peck typists who spend more time staring at their keyboard than their displays. But its creators claim its tiny display will actually make even touch typists more productive by allowing them to concentrate on the keys at hand.
The Smartype display's primary raison d'être is to mirror your computer's screen, but only what you're typing so you don't have to keep looking up while you pound away at the keys. It seems a bit redundant for touch typists who rarely needs to glance at their keys, but if you haven't the mastered the QWERTY keyboard it could theoretically improve your typing speed. And of course any device with a display has to run apps these days, so the Smartype promises minimalist versions of Twitter and Facebook among other quick-glance software.

Official pricing hasn't been announced yet—though the keyboard is up for pre-order and is promised as "Coming Soon!" But if it crosses the $100 threshold, it could have a hard time convincing consumers it's worthwhile.

Sony launches STR-DA5800ES home cinema AV receiver: true 4K output, 9.2 surround sound

DNP STRDA5800ES home cinema
Sony's just launched a high-end home cinema receiver that's finally good enough to pair up with its IFA-fresh Bravia KD-84X9005 TV or existing VPL-VW1000ES 4K projector. On top of native 4K for supported displays, the receiver will upscale standard HD movies, promising greater color, contrast and detail. For audiophiles, the system has 9.2 channels of surround sound for so-called Front High and Surround Back speakers, on top of the standard 5.1 speaker setup. A feature called "Movie Height" enables the sound to be virtually adjusted up or down to better match the screen position, and acoustics can be selected to match famous concert halls like those in Vienna or Berlin. Finally, you can take advantage of all that Hi-Fi and display tech by streaming from your laptop, smartphone or tablet through a LAN hub on the receiver. There's no availability or pricing yet, but if you're not too concerned about that money stuff, check the PR for the rest of the story.

Fujitsu outs Esprimo X all-in-one at IFA 2012: Windows 8, adjustable display, Intel vPro Core CPUs

Fujitsu outs Esprimo X allinone at IFA 2012 Windows 8, adjustable display, Intel vPro Core CPUs
Fujitsu's keeping its IFA 2012 presence relatively low-key, holding off on any new major tablet or mobile announcements. So while we may have already seen its Windows 8 Stylistic Q702 and LifeBook T902 in Hong Kong last week, there is still one product the company's trotting out here in Berlin: the Esprimo X. Planned for a late year launch, this All-in-one also runs Redmond's latest OS and packs Intel's third-generation vPro chipset (up to Core i5 configurations) for the enterprise set. The slim PC features an adjustable touch display, which can even be laid out completely flat across any surface, a proximity sensor for power saving management, in addition to face recognition tech for an added layer of security. No other details on this AIO have yet to be disclosed -- the company's retaining those fuller spec bits for its release -- so stay tuned for our first impressions from the showfloor.

Sony NFC Wireless Bluetooth speaker SRS-BTM8 makes debut

Those folks from Sony had a lot to say this afternoon at IFA. Their new smartphones and tablet won’t be their only devices packed with NFC capabilities either. They’ve just taken the wraps off of a few accessories we mentioned earlier today, including their new SRS-BTM8 NFC-capable wireless speaker system. Check it out below.
While this new accessory didn’t make it up on stage it is certainly worth taking a look at. Sony simply describes it as, “all it takes is a touch.” Using NFC capabilities in both their upcoming Xperia lineup, and the Xperia Tablet S announced today you’ll be able to simply tap the speaker for instant music playback. Whether that be on device music, or using Sony’s Music Unlimited.
They’ve also announced that everyone who purchases a new Xperia line device will get 60 days of Music Unlimited absolutely free to try — so that’s a thing. The new Sony SRS-BTM8 speakers have the usual Bluetooth option for easily streaming music or conference calls, but now the addition of NFC makes sharing and playing music a breeze. As I’m sure you all know, just tap your phone to the speaker and the music will start — similar to Android Beam only for music.
The new Sony NFC wireless speakers will come in both white and black, as shown above, and are built for portable use with 20 hours of battery life and a built-in handle. Obviously you’ll be able to power it via any outlet, but out by the pool the four AA batteries will keep the beats rolling. Just like most of Sony’s announcements today we don’t have pricing or release date details, but will keep you in the loop once we learn more

All that's left now is to find out any US release details, we'll see if we get any more information today or have to wait until CEDIA 2012 next week. In the meantime, check the PR after the break and browse through a gallery of sweet images showing off the slim monolithic design.

Ameesha Patel Vs Madhuri Dixit in Ek Do Teen

Madhuri DixitAmeesha Patel
Dancing skills
Do we even need to say anything about Madhuri's dancing skills? This dancing diva is a trained Kathak dancer and has swooned our hearts in movies such asTezaab, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, Khalnayak, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Devdas and Aaja Nachle. We are not ruling her out, ever!

Choreography
One of Bollywood's favourite choreographer, Saroj Khan made Madhuri dance to the original track of 'Ek Do Teen'. The song instantly became a sensation and Madhuri is remembered for her jhatkas and matkas in the number.

Star quotient
Madhuri's 'Ek Do Teen' was an absolute hit and even today people hum the peppy number. After the film's release, the Bollywood diva got noticed and went on to become one of the most successful actresses in the industry.

Overall look
Madhuri is known for her thick and wavy locks, and they were also a hit in the 90s. The yellow bandana she wore in the song became a trend too. We loved her multi-coloured skirt and she looked ravishing in the pink choli.
Dancing Skills
Ameesha Patel is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and we quite liked her moves in the films Kaho Na Pyaar Haiand Humraaz. However, can she pull off Madhuri's moves with ease is the big question.

ChoreographyA choreographer hasn't been finalised for the song yet. But Ameesha plans on roping in Saroj Khan as she thinks no one else can do justice to it.

Star quotient
Ameesha's stint in Bollywood has not been a successful one. With a debut hit, she is yet to prove as an actress. She would also have to work hard to match up to the original song.

Overall lookAmeesha has long and black straight hair without any layers. She will also need to work on her look if she wants to

How to Play Matchmaker for a Friend

ALT
It's only natural to want your best friend to find true love just they way you did. So if you're on a matchmaking mission, we understand. Besides, it's a ton of fun to double date! But don't be in a hurry to set your BFF up with the perfect guy. Here are six must-dos when playing matchmaker for a friend.

Know her dream guy.
Everyone has an idea of the qualities they are looking for in their significant other. So instead of assuming that your creative, artsy friend wants to date a guy just like herself, ask her for her preferences. For all you know, she might want a stable, level-headed guy. Of course, once you begin your search, make sure that she and the date have some things in common too.

Consider various connections.
Think of all the eligible bachelors in your different friend circles. Guys at work, at the gym, in your neighbourhood, friends of friends, cousins - is there anyone who might be a good match? Just be careful when you ask around though. You don't want to make it look like your friend is desperate or easy.

Know the person yourself.
Just because your colleague's brother is looking to get hitched, doesn't mean that your friend is the right girl for him. Arrange to meet the person you plan to set your friend up with a couple of times before they actually go on a date. Ask him what he does for a living, how he spends his free time et al. Strike up a conversation on politics, the weather or anything that will let you know what kind of guy he is. Is he over-opinionated, judgmental, shy, bossy or boring? Would your friend not appreciate such qualities? If yes, drop him like a hot brick.

Show her what she's in for.
Once you've done your homework, it's time to broach the subject with your friend. Tell your friend whatever she needs to know about the potential date. However, you can skip details like 'he's the cousin who used to wet the bed until he was 7' or 'he sported Salman's Tere Naam haircut for the longest time'. It would be a good idea to show her his Facebook page so that she can see what he looks like and who his friends are too. If after seeing this she declines, don't insist that she must go on the date or you will lose face. She deserves the right to choose who she wants to go on a date with, don't you think?

Arrange for a group meeting.
Some people aren't open to the idea of a blind date. Your friend might be one of them. Why not arrange for a group meeting then? This way they can get to know if there's any sense in going on a date. Of course, you might want to hint at your intentions before the start of the evening. At least they'll keep their eyes open!

Don't make the decision for her.
It's easy to think you know what's best for your friend but be sure to leave the decision to her. After all, it's her life. The guy may seem perfect to you but not to her. You don't want to be responsible for any heartbreak, now do you?

Ravi Kissen recreates Aamir Khan's memorable stunt! RAVI KISSEN in JEENA HAI TOH THOK DAAL

We all remember the vivid scene from the film GHULAM where Aamir Khan races against a train to reach the destination point. While this particular scene from GHULAM gave us all the adrenaline rush, after a hiatus of 14 yrs Ravi Kissen has attempted the same sequence in his next upcoming film JEENA HAI TOH THOK DAAL.

Well Ravi Kissen had seen Aamir's performance long back & had decided that someday he would also want to enact the same scene. Little did he know that his wish would be granted and a similar sequence was written for him in his next upcoming film!

"Raviji couldn't believe it when director Manish Vatsalya told him about the scene. He was so stunned that his dream scene was being offered to him and it just fit so well in JEENA HAI TOH THOK DAAL. The stunt was performed very efficiently without Raviji backing out even once. It was definitely his dream come true and he's done full justice to it," quipped a source close to the film.

We hear that the star performed the scene with great finesse and will be one of the highlights of the gripping saga.

JEENA HAI TOH THOKK DAAL is about three mischievous men Ravi Kissen, Manish Vatsalya and Rahul Kumar (MM from 3 IDIOTS) belonging to a small village in Bihar who get thrilled by doing nasty things like pick pocketing, making illegal weapons until their addictive thrill and the greed for money lands them in the city of dreams 'Mumbai'. Will they succeed in their heinous crime or does faith have some other plans in store for them? Well let's wait and watch!

Directed by Manish Vatsalya, this intriguing drama JEENA HAI TOH THOK DAAL is all set to hit the theaters on 14th September 2012!

Asin's Onam celebration in Mumbai!

The 10th day of the harvest festival is here and the southern beauty Asin is all geared up to celebrate her state festival Onam. Born and brought up in Kerala, she has never hidden her fondness for Onam even after being away from her native place.

The talented actress is busy shooting for her film but has made it a point to celebrate this fiesta in her own way in Mumbai. It is not a bravura celebration like the one down south but a get together with close friends at home accompanied by the customary food for her pals and flower carpet at the entrance of the house. Later in the day she would spend time with her family & friends watching Onam special Malyalam shows on TV.

Like every year this year too she would be sending Onam delicacies like Payasam, banana chips to her friends in the industry- Sajid Khan, Sonam Kapoor and Jacqueline!

Remembering those wonderful days spent at her home as a kid in Cochin, Asin used to get up early in the morning before the sunrise-wear the traditional Patpavadas (Silk Skirts), pluck flowers from the garden to make a flower carpet called attapookalam. She would also help her mother in the kitchen to prepare the traditional dishes like Appam, Payasam, Onasadyaand many more delicacies which would be served on the holy banana leaf.

Her favourite part of the occasion used to be the visit by Maveli (King Mahabali- a la Santa Claus) and would also take part in the traditional dance 'Thiruvaathira Kali' where she would perform with the other girls from the neighborhood.

With so many special memories and people around to celebrate with, we are sure that Asin would have an unforgettable Onam in Mumbai!

The World’s Largest Digital Camera Will Shoot the Stars 3.2 Gigapixels at a Time

The World's Largest Digital Camera Will Shoot the Stars 3.2 Gigapixels at a Time
We may be on the verge of an astronomical renaissance. Once complete, the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope hunt for dark energy and matter throughout the Southern sky from its perch atop Cerro Pachon in Chile while producing a staggering 60 petabyte public data archive. Now, we just need to figure out how to pay for it.
The Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) has been a long time coming. The Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA) and the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO) have been lobbying for such a wide-field survey telescope since the early 1990s and in 2010, the National Research Council voted the LSST its "highest-priority ground-based instrument" in its Astronomy and Astrophysics Decadal Survey. Already backed by 36 institutions and a variety of private financiers—even Bill Gates has donated $10 million—the LSST is awaiting the start of construction, which should begin in 2014, pending a $400 million grant by the National Science Foundation.
When it begins operating around 2022, the LSST will revolutionize our understanding of the universe through an unprecedented decade-long survey of the Southern sky. The LSST itself is an 8.4 meter ground-based telescope employing a 3200 MP camera and innovative triple-lens design. The LSST features an extraordinary 3.5-degree wide field of view, much wider than other similar-sized ground-based observatories. For reference, the moon takes up about half a degree (or .2 square degrees) when viewed from Earth. When paired with the telescope's relatively short double 15-second exposures and 3.2 Gigapixel sensor, the LSST will be 1000 times more capable than existing facilities.
It will scan a 20,000 square degree swath of the sky every few days—generating roughly 20 TB of data each night. "We actually move very quickly. Within five seconds, we can move from one piece of sky 3 1/2 degrees over and get ready for another exposure." William Gressler, senior optical engineer for the LSST, said. In all the, the LSST will snap a pair of 15-second exposures every twenty seconds, imaging every spot in the sky nearly a thousand times over a ten year span.
"The surveys that are being proposed for the LSST will provide the data sets a vast variety of astronomers will use to answer fundamentally different questions about the universe," Martha Haynes of Cornell University told NPR. Scientists hope to identify billions of new objects throughout the universe, as well as stuff that can't be seen directly, like dark matter and dark energy. These surveys will also make for one cool time-lapse video when complete.
The World's Largest Digital Camera Will Shoot the Stars 3.2 Gigapixels at a TimeAt the heart of this telescope lies the world's largest digital camera. And by "largest" we're talking humungous, like the size of a VW Beetle. The camera assembly is 1.6 meters tall, 3 meters long, and weighs 2800 kilograms. A 64 cm diameter array of 16MP silicon detectors will comprise its 32GP sensor and will work in tandem with the telescope's large aperture to produce an estimate 200,000 extremely detailed images of the night sky every year.
To ensure that these images are distortion-free, the LSST will rely on a triple-mirror design. The primary mirror is 8.4 meters wide, the secondary mirror behind it will be 3.4 meters wide, and the 5 meter wide tertiary mirror will actually sit in a hole cut from the primary. In fact, the primary and tertiary mirrors are being cut from a single piece of "M1M3 monolith" glass.
Managing the torrent of data may be the most most challenging aspect of the system. The estimated 20TB nightly dump is far beyond the review capabilities of even the most dedicated research assistant. So the LSST will feature cutting-edge data mining technology, harnessing more than 150 petaflops of computing power to do the job.
All of the data, both the 60PB of raw and the 15PB of cataloged data, will be made available to the public. Look for Google Sky to get a serious upgrade come 2032.

How to Take Care of my Breasts i want my breasts in good shape

Every woman wants to enhance her assets but it is more important to take care of them so that you can prevent diseases as well as the signs of ageing. Breast care is essential for every woman regardless of how young or old she is. Here are five simple ways to take care of your breasts.Exercise regularly
Exercising will not increase the size of your breasts. Whatever advertisements tell you, it just does not happen. Fitness expert Franco Matez says exercise can shape your breasts and improve circulation. “Regular push-ups for fifteen minutes every day will make your breasts firmer. Dumbbells strengthen the chest muscles and in turn, the breasts,” he explains. Massage your breastsYou can do this at home. Use herbal oil to massage your breasts with your hands. Dr Gayatri Kulkarni, a general practitioner, says this helps blood circulation. “You will also notice a change in the quality of the skin,” she says. Start by holding your breasts in your hands and gently press while moving upwards. Use your fingers and massage clockwise and then anti-clockwise. To make things exciting, you could ask your partner to give you this massage! Perform a self-examinationBreast cancer is no longer a post-menopause problem. A regular exam will warn you before things become serious. “If you notice lumps when you are massaging yourself, go to a doctor. It could be a tumour,” says Dr Kulkarni. If your breasts or nipples are very tender, you could have an infection. Wear the right braThe wrong bra could make your breasts look bad. “Worse, it can cause soft tissue damage or ligament tears,” adds Dr Kulkarni. Tight or ill-fitting bras can restrict blood flow and air supply. This leads to a build-up of toxins in the breasts. This can lead to breast cancer, Dr Kulkarni warns. Make sure your bras are the right size, frame-wise and cup-wise. Sleep easy Dr Kulkarni’s final recommendation is to sleep without a bra. “This is when maximum blood circulation happens, repairing the wear and tear in your body. Your night clothes should be comfortable,” she says.
